Update on my updates!
Hi everyone!
I just wanted to make a quick blog post to let everyone know that I’ve switched my free subscription updates to a new system. I unfortunately did not carry over any names, because the list has been growing since 2006 or 2007 (whenever subscribe-o-matic was first introduced) and I’m not 100% sure if everyone on that list is still in SL or even cares to receive updates from me….so I’m starting fresh. The new throttling this year has caused me some issues and it was recommended to me that I try the Subscriber Kiosk by Fred Allandale, so I’m giving it a whirl. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully it won’t be too much of a hassle for people to re-subscribe to this new system.
As a side note, I also realize I’ve been slacking with the group gifts…especially to my VIP group, but that will change soon enough. There is a gift coming the week I release all my saved up goodies, but of course I’m slow…and finishing up the details is always what slows me down. Please be patient with me I promise I haven’t forgotten about my update groups…especially the VIPs.
The new subscription kiosk is incorporated with my existing customer service terminal and are located at the entrance/foyer of my store. I’ve updated the text on that terminal to hopefully make things clearer on what can be accomplished at them (which is a fair amount of self customer servicing). Hopefully it’s all easy to do.
